The Hallowed Market
A Crossroads of History and Myth
October 25th-26th, 2025
Mountain Run Winery
10753 Mountain Run Lake Road, Culpeper, VA 2270
Once a year, the veil between worlds grows thin, and ancient roads, long lost to time, reveal themselves once
more. In the hidden places of history, where mysticism, superstition, and the macabre ruled the Middle Ages, a
crossroads took root, forged by those who walked the forgotten paths of the thinning veil. Now, at the heart of
that fracture, lies a place where treasures are exchanged, memories are honored, and history breathes, here at
the Hallowed Market.
As the newly born Mourning Moon ascends, the pathways are open to this archaic place, and we invite you to
journey past this threshold with us. The event will begin with a day of anachronistic fun for the public,
followed by an exclusive SCA event as night falls.
